Guarantees and liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2427\">DIPatch guarantees that its products conform to the descriptions provided on the site.<br data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2319\" \/>Any claim for a defective product must be made within a <strong data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2408\">7-day deadline<\/strong> after receipt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2429\" data-end=\"2538\">DIPatch cannot be held responsible for incorrect application of iron-on patches by the customer.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2576\"><strong data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2574\">8. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2577\" data-end=\"2678\">The patch designs are <b>held by DIPatch <\/b>and cannot be used freely by customers.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2680\" data-end=\"2712\"><strong data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"2710\">9. Personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2853\">The personal information collected is used only for processing orders and is not transmitted to third parties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2855\" data-end=\"2994\">The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data by contacting <strong data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"2991\"><a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2989\">contact@dipatch.fr<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3034\"><strong data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3032\">10.
