GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

2. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) define the rights and obligations between DIPatch and any person making a purchase on the site DIPatch.fr.

3. Products

DIPatch offers for sale:

• Handmade iron-on patches
• Personalized organic cotton t-shirts
• Personalized tote bags made from organic cotton and recycled materials

Products are offered while stocks last.

4. Price and Payment

The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC).
The accepted payment methods are:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All orders are payable immediately and in full at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped only in Metropolitan France.

• Average delivery time: 4 working days after validation of the order.
• Shipping method:  Colissimo, Mondial Relay
• Delivery costs: To be determined

DIPatch cannot be held responsible for delivery delays related to carriers.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a 14-day deadline from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return.

Exceptions:

• Personalized products (t-shirts and tote bags) cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a proven defect.

Return costs are at the customer's expense.

For any return request, the buyer must contact DIPatch by email at contact@dipatch.fr.

7. Guarantees and liability

DIPatch guarantees that its products conform to the descriptions provided on the site.
Any claim for a defective product must be made within a 7-day deadline after receipt.

DIPatch cannot be held responsible for incorrect application of iron-on patches by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

The patch designs are held by DIPatch and cannot be used freely by customers.

9. Personal data

The personal information collected is used only for processing orders and is not transmitted to third parties.

The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data by contacting contact@dipatch.fr.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
